What the guest sees

A real pack, not a mock-up.

Gull Cottage is a fictional cottage in Whitby with a real pack. Open it on your phone, copy the wifi password, read how the stove works. That is what your guests get.

Ask its concierge where the stopcock is and it answers from the pack. Ask for a refund and it hands you to the host instead of guessing.

How it works

Three steps. Nothing to install.

    Build the pack.

    Write it in the editor, or upload the house manual you already have, as PDF, Word or text, and the AI sorts it into sections. Every code and number must match the original or it is flagged for you to check. Nothing is published until you confirm it, and the upload is never stored.

    Put the plaque by the door.

    Order a plaque from your dashboard. We encode it to your pack and post it within the UK, with a printed QR as backup. By the kettle or in the hall, wherever guests stand when they need something. Re-point it to another property from your dashboard if you move or re-let.

    Guests tap.

    iPhone or Android, no app, no download. The wifi password copies in one tap. Change a section and the next guest sees the new version.

What's in a pack

Eight sections, each with photos if you want them. Drag them into the order that suits the house. Pick an accent colour. Print the QR, or export the whole pack as a PDF.

Guests ask where the stopcock is and get an answer from your pack and your notes, nothing else. When it is not sure, it says so. Money, refund and booking questions are handed to you, with your contact details. Daily and monthly caps keep the cost known.

Questions

Do you connect to my Airbnb account?
No. We never ask for your login. What you can give us is your listing's iCal export URL, which Airbnb, Vrbo and Booking.com all provide, for an occupancy view, and your earnings CSV export for a per-property dashboard. Both are built and tested against sample exports, not yet against a live listing.
What do my guests need?
Nothing. iPhones from the XS onwards and Android phones read the plaque without an app. The printed QR works on anything with a camera. The pack is a normal web page.
How does the plaque arrive, and can I move it?
We encode and write-lock each plaque by hand before posting it. The chip is fixed; the property it opens is not. Re-point it from your dashboard if you move, sell or re-let. Until it arrives, print the QR.
Will the AI invent things about my property?
It is told to never make things up. When it sorts your manual into sections, every code and number must match the original or it is flagged for you to check. The concierge answers only from your pack and your notes; when it is not sure, it says so and gives the guest your contact details.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancel from your dashboard at any time. You keep access to the end of the period you have paid for. Your packs keep working for a short grace period after that, then show guests a page asking them to contact you directly. The plaque is yours. If you come back, the pack is where you left it.
