Staffing
Offered, accepted, clocked in, rated.
Create the shifts, send the offers, and watch them fill. On the day, staff clock in from their phone and you see headcount and cost live, by area. After the shift, managers rate staff and the sheets are ready.
What it does
From the offer to the rating, on one screen.
The staff app
Staff register once and upload the documents you ask for. From then on the app is where the work arrives: offers to accept or decline, their schedule, clock in and out, and a timesheet they can check.
Offers in bulk, answered one by one
Create a shift with a role, pay, start and finish, and an area. Offer it to named staff or to a whole group. The offer appears in each person's app; they answer there, and you watch the shift fill.
Clock in from the phone
Staff clock in from the app on arrival, with their location sent along, and clock out from the same screen. A clock-in with a required document missing or expired is refused. A geofence per area checks each clock-in is really on site.
Live headcount and cost
Who is on site right now, by area, from confirmed start times and app clock-ins. Cost so far and forecast cost for the day, worked out from each person's rate and pay type.
On the day
How a shift runs.
-
1
Shifts created
Role, pay, start and finish, area. One shift, or every shift on an event day.
-
2
Offers sent
To named staff or to a group. The offer appears in each person's app.
-
3
Accepted in the app
Each person accepts or declines. Unanswered offers stay pending, so you can offer the shift to someone else.
-
4
Clocked in from the phone
On arrival, staff clock in from the app and their location is recorded with it. Missing or expired documents stop the clock-in.
-
5
Live cost while the shift runs
Headcount by area, cost so far and forecast for the day, by rate. Refreshes on its own as people clock in and out.
-
6
Rated after
Managers rate and comment on each person. Cancellations and no-shows are recorded, and the average rating sits on the profile for next time.
What you get after
Sheets and summaries, by area and by day.
-
Staffing sheet
Who worked, in which area, on which day. One sheet per area, with an Excel export.
-
Summary report
Hours and cost by rate and area, with the summary matrix and forecasts alongside. Each person's timesheet is in the app.
-
AI staffing summary
A written summary of the day's staffing, generated from the shifts, hours and cost by role. Read it before the morning meeting.

Questions
Do staff upload right-to-work documents?
Yes. You set the document types you require, for an event or for a role. Staff upload them from the app and each one is reviewed before it counts. An offer that needs a document the person does not hold, or holds expired, cannot be accepted until it is uploaded, and the app says which one. Checking the documents is still yours to do; Guest It holds them.
How does the geofence work?
You draw a polygon around the area in the portal. The app sends the phone's location with each clock-in and the server checks it against that polygon, so a clock-in counts where the work is. Every clock-in keeps a record of where the person was.
Can we export hours for payroll?
You get each person's timesheet, the staffing sheet as Excel and the summary report, with hours and cost by rate and area. The exports drop into whatever you run payroll on — and we can build a custom integration with your payroll system too.
How do group offers work?
Put staff into groups, say bar, kitchen and stewards. Create the shift and offer it to a group; every member sees the offer in the app and accepts or declines. You can offer to named people at the same time.
