Questions people ask first

Do we need special hardware?

Only for the till: an iPad and a card reader. Everything else runs on any tablet or phone with a browser, and kiosks are ordinary tablets. We can supply the hardware — iPads, tablets, stands and cases — or advise on what to buy.

How long does it take to go live?

It depends on the size of your set-up and what you already have in a spreadsheet. We load menus, outlets, checklists and audit templates with you, and give you a date on the first call.

Is it per event or per venue?

Either. Per event, or per venue per month. We quote for what you actually run.

Where is our data kept?

On AWS in London, with backups in Ireland. Our data processing agreement is available here.
