Fire safety
Smoke alarms in the hall, the landing and both bedrooms; a heat alarm in the kitchen; a carbon monoxide alarm above the stove. The fire blanket is on the wall by the cooker. Your nearest exit is the front door — the key is on the hook beside it overnight.
Gas & electrics
The gas safety certificate (valid to March next year) and the electrical installation report are in the welcome folder.

The cottage is insured for up to 4 guests. Please keep to that.
