We don't have many, but these matter:
- No smoking or vaping indoors — the beams are 300 years old.
- Quiet after 10pm. Henrietta Street carries sound like a tin can.
- Dogs welcome (two at most) — not on the beds, and please rinse sandy paws in the yard tap.
- Shoes off on the stairs; the treads are original and we'd like to keep them.
- No candles, please. Fairy lights are fine.
- Max 4 guests — the cottage isn't set up for more, and our insurance says so.
